The Inclusive Health Assessment

Pockets of unfairness will always pop up in organizations. The HA is the first step in helping ensure your people are treated fairly. It enables the CEO to ask "Do all employees have fair access to the resources and supports necessary to be high performers?" Components include:

  • Inclusive Health Survey
    Our proprietary Inclusive Health Survey is a deep listening exercise, and a cornerstone of our approach. It proactively identifies areas of unfairness - and their sources, root causes and signature behaviors - so they can be addressed promptly and effectively.

    Focus groups are used to connect with priority groups in the organization to explore the key issues and opportunities arising from the Inclusive Health Survey.
